1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship Orders within Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any Orders placed with delivery addresses outside Malaysia will not be processed.
2. Shipping Fees
We provide free shipping on all Orders within Malaysia. There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout.
3. Processing Time
All Orders are processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation. Processing may take 1–3 business days, depending on order volume and product availability.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on public holidays or weekends unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of shipment.

5. Delivery Method

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. The Company is not responsible for Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by You.
If an Order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts by the courier, the package may be returned to Us. In such cases, We may contact You to arrange re-delivery. Additional handling or shipping arrangements may be required.

If Your Order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact Us as soon as possible. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier service.
However, the Company is not liable for damages or losses caused by third-party logistics providers once the Order has been handed over for delivery.
